Empowering Girls, Ending FGM
Our FGM Zero Project prevents female genital mutilation through our Legal Letter Initiative, high-risk school holiday check-ins, and sustained community engagement. When girls face immediate danger, we provide rapid rescue, safe housing, and full educational support to ensure they remain protected and in school.

Legal Letter Initiative Through our FGM Zero program, we empower young girls and women with the support of our Legal Letter Initiative. Each girl receives a legal letter outlining the consequences of Female Genital Mutilation, which she takes home to her parents or guardians. This initiative aims to spark informed family dialogue, equipping parents with the legal knowledge needed to make choices that uphold the rights, health, and well-being of their daughters.

UPDATES FROM KENYA Empowerment workshop – on December 5, 2024, we gathered girls, community leaders, and advocates to raise awareness and provide resources to fight FGM.

Lucy’s brave escape – Lucy N. courageously sought refuge from FGM during the December holidays. With your support, she is now safe, receiving education, counseling, and the care she needs to rebuild her life.

Your impact – every donation helps us expand workshops, create safe spaces, and provide long-term support. Together, we are breaking the cycle of FGM and empowering girls to thrive.
